The Initial Consultation

Everyone who steps foot through our door is different, and knowing this is the reason why we get such good results. The ability to draw conclusions from an initial consultation (focusing on Mindset, Nutrition, Movement and Recovery modalities) allows us to build an in-depth picture of that person – it is why we have made it compulsory for anyone joining.

During your initial consultation all contributing factors to success are investigated and take into account current fitness, potential limitations, previous injuries and experiences, and nutrition. On defining your desired objective, the Elevate team will recommend the most appropriate package and allocate the most effective performance coach for you. Your “Success Strategy” is now set and your pathway is ready to be experienced.

Our Approach

Personal training at Elevate Performance Academy integrates a wide range of disciplines and methods to keep both body and mind challenged in a variety of ways. Elevate Performance Academy staff members are one-on-one specialists and deliver six service lines within the facility: these programmes include Signature Personal Training protocol, Express Personal Training utilising HIIT, Athletic Development and Performance Enhancement protocol and senior-citizen-specific Personal Training Conditioning, as well as dedicated Youth Development programming, modified Pilates and Yoga.

Designed to be progressive and challenging, our programmes will take you through all facets of fitness development, making sure that you are not just leaner, but also stronger, more flexible, more stable and agile. We guarantee our commitment, alongside your own, will deliver results… fast!

Although our programmes are underpinned by fundamental philosophies – manipulation of repetitions, tempos, rest periods and loads within a combination of big compound and strength training – they provide the stimulus for clients to achieve great results.

From a cardiovascular perspective, we use the most efficient styles of training to best achieve the physiological changes required. Our ability to use the science behind the training in a fun and dynamic format means sessions are both enjoyable and effective. From a customer service perspective, we pride ourselves on the comparisons made with top-class hotels or restaurants.
